August Transition
Your Class Schedule
Schedule Pick Up from is 1 to 2 pm on Monday, August 4th. Schedules will also be visible on ParentVue before the school year starts- this online schedule visibility date is TDB.
Parent and Guardian Night for 25 to 26 6th Graders is on Tuesday, August 5th from 5:30 to 6:30. This presentation will include information about how parents can support their students in their transition to middle school and answer questions. This meeting is optional and is for parents only.
6th Grade Transition Day is on Wednesday, August 13th from 7:40 am to 2:30 pm.
Welcome to Cache La Poudre Middle School!!! The purpose of this orientation is to support a positive transition to middle school. Our 8th grade mentors, (Navigators), will be 6th graders’ guides for the day. Activities will take place throughout the day, including going through your entire schedule and meeting your teachers. We can’t wait to meet you!
Tips for the Day:
- Pick up your class schedule from CLPM on Monday, August 4th between 1:00-2:00 pm. (You may also bring school supplies, and practice opening your locker on this day. Schedules will also be available on ParentVue on August 8th).
- Please do not bring school supplies to school on August 13th. You can bring them on schedule pick up day on August 4th, or on August 14th
- School lunches will be available, or 6th graders may bring one from home. It would be a good idea to bring a water bottle!
- Buses will run their normal schedule that day.
