Physical Education
This is an activity course designed around developing physical fitness and wellness, desirable social traits, knowledge of a variety of activities and developing motor skills. This class will provide a variety of course activities which includes soccer, volleyball, flag football, basketball, softball, badminton, fitness testing, and track and field. This does not preclude that a school site will teach, as deemed appropriate, supplementary activities that fit the weather conditions, class make up and facilities.
Sixth graders take Physical Education for 40 minutes every other day for full day.
